Vinyl(PVC) Coated Wallpaper Base Paper
Vinyl(PVC) coated wallpaper base paper is a kind of raw material for wall decoration paper, this type wallpaper base is quantitative in 80 g / m2 or 90 g / m2, it’s up to 500gsm after coated vinyl. It requires a higher degree of tightness and white, and a certain degree of folding cracking, water resistance and wet strength.
KAN PVC wallpaper base, main types as follows:
A, ordinary type —— 80gsm paper as the paper-based, surface coating 100gsm PVC resin. Its surface decoration method usually printing, embossing or a combination of printing and embossing.
B, foaming ——- 100gsm paper as the paper-based, coating the surface of 300-400gsm PVC resin. According to the size of the expansion ratio, there are low foaming and high foaming. There is elastic embossed surface in the high foaming wallpaper, it has a sound-absorbing effect.
C, functional —— water resistent vinyl wallpaper is made of glass fiber cloth as a substrate, it can be used to decorate the bathroom, bathroom wall; fire wallpaper is used 100-200gsm of asbestos paper as the substrate, and incorporate flame retardant on the PVC surfaces.
